Directory "Service Directory, Wedding Search" you agree to use our
directory in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1. Copyright
All information included in this web site is
copyright to the NZ Wedding Planner and to other people in the listings
and advertisements published in it.
2. Use of Our Directory
You may manually search and view listings and
advertisements as much as you wish.
You may download or print any individual page
containing the results of a manual search so long as this is for
private use.
All material you download or print must retain
any trade marks and copyright notices as they appear in the directory.
Apart from using the directory under this licence
or any fair dealing under the Copyright Act 1994, no material from
the directory may be searched, printed, downloaded, copied, republished
or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of
The NZ Wedding Planner or the owner of the site from which you have
downloaded material.

Information and Web Site
Links Provided by Advertisers
Our NZ Wedding Planner "Service Directory, Wedding
Search" provides a facility for businesses to advertise wedding
related products and services on-line. Some advertisements in our
directory are maintained electronically by the advertisers themselves
without our involvement and some have links to advertisers' own
web sites. Although we ask advertisers to make sure their
advertisements in our directory and on their own linked web sites
are accurate, we are not responsible for checking them and make
no representation about the accuracy or truth of any advertisement.
4. Your Dealings with Advertisers on Our
Site
We are not the agent of any advertiser listed
in our NZ Wedding Planner Directory "Service Directory, Wedding
Search". We do not endorse advertisers or their products and
services and have no control over the quality, safety, suitability,
legality, availability or price of any product or service advertised
in the NZ Wedding Planner. We are not involved, on behalf
of either you or the advertiser, in any dealing resulting from your
use of our directory. You must communicate and deal with advertisers
directly to complete transactions or resolve problems arising from
them.
5. Using Information About Use of Our Directory
Information about use of the NZ Wedding Planner
Directory is of commercial value to us. To help us provide
high quality directory and advertising services for both users and
advertisers, and other services for our other customers, we may
collect and store information about the way the directory is being
used (such as how many computers are accessing it and which browsers
are being used) and the products and services advertised or ordered
via the directory. This may include sending a "cookie" to
your computer. This identifies your computer uniquely but
does not harm your computer and does not identify you. (Most
Internet browsers enable users to disable cookies. If you
want to do this, look under "Options" or "Preferences" in your browser
menu). We may share the information we collect with employees,
contractors and agents, and with our customers and other agencies.
6. Privacy
We will not collect, store or use any information
about you personally resulting from your use of our directory, except
as is necessary to provide any services from on our website.
We ask advertisers to respect your privacy but
we have no control over the use to which an advertiser puts the
information you have provided. If you have a concern that
an advertiser has used information inappropriately, you need to
contact the advertiser about that directly.
7. Availability of Our Services
We do not guarantee that access to our "Service
Directory, Wedding Search" or any other service we provide via the
directory will be continuous or fault-free. We may modify
our directory, or withhold, suspend or restrict any service provided
via the directory, at any time without notice.
8. Limitation
of Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we
exclude any liability we may have to you relating to your use of
our "Service Directory, Wedding Search". This exclusion also
applies for the benefit of our employees, contractors and agents
of NZ Wedding Planner. None of these people is liable to you
or has to pay you for anything caused by or resulting from your
use of our electronic directory. This exclusion applies whatever
you are claiming for and however liability arises or might arise
if it were not for this cause.
9. New Zealand
Law Applies
Our NZ Wedding Planner "Service Directory, Wedding
Search" is located in New Zealand and all services we provide via
the directory are provided in New Zealand under New Zealand law.
You may take action against us only in a New Zealand Court.
This applies whether you are using the directory from inside or
outside New Zealand.
10. Refunds/Cancellations
The NZ Wedding Planner has a no refund policy,
if you feel that you have purchased from the NZ Wedding Planner
wrongly please contact us directly on +64 21 61 68 54 or email sales@nzweddingplanner.co.nz it will be delt with on a case by case basis.
Cancellations can be made at any time in writing and will be effective by the end of your current invoice period.
11. Currency/Payments
The price advertised by the NZ Wedding Planner are in NZ Dollar. These may not be the same
price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert
your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the
day it is processed.
Payment due 7 days from the date of invoice then the 14th of each month thereafter by automatic payment or credit card. NZ Wedding Planner accepts Visa, Master Card and Bank Card. Unpaid accounts will incur late payment fees and collection costs.
12. Changing
These Terms and Conditions
We may change these terms and conditions by changing
or removing existing terms or adding new ones, at any time.
Any change applies from the time it is published on our web site
at www.nzweddingplanner.co.nz
